Dual Membership Policy
This proposal is available for review by the membership for a period of 21 days (through Sunday, October 18). It will be voted on by the Board of Directors following the close of this review period. Please leave any comments and suggestions you may have – your input is valued and very much appreciated!

The proposed amendment to the Social Utility Policy (circulated in August) was approved by the Board of Directors on September 20, 2026. There was a significant discussion in the proposal comments and via email regarding portions of the Social Utility Policy that were not included or impacted by the proposed changes. Please note that these concerns have been heard – they would just need to be addressed by a separate amendment proposal!
As a reminder, any member is able to submit an amendment proposal for consideration. If you are interested in collaborating on any future proposals of the Social Utility Policy (or any others!), please contact boardvp@alphaomegaepsilon.org.
