Dear Members of Alpha Omega Epsilon,
Nominations are now open for the elections of the Group B offices of the Alpha Omega Epsilon Board of Directors for the 2027-2029 term. Group B offices include two Executive Committee members: Board Vice President and Board Treasurer. Group B also includes three named Director positions: Director of Alumni Relations, Director of Expansion, Director of Volunteer Relations.
The timeline for the 2027 Elections are as follows:
- October 1st, 2026 – Nominations open
- January 15th, 2027 – Nominations close
- February 15th, 2027 – Deadline to accept nomination
- February 15th, 2027 – Official Nominee List is published, Alumni Ballot Request Form opens
- May 2027 – Live Q&A sessions with the Nominees
- June 15th, 2027 – Alumni Ballot requests close, Absentee Ballot opens
- late-July/early-August – Expected Absentee Ballot closure date
- TBD – 2027 Annual Meeting
- TBD – Newly Elected Officers will be announced to all Sorority Members
If no nominations are received for a given position, a Request for Volunteers will be issued by January 15th and will close on May 1st. More information to follow regarding the electronic voting process.
Please use the 2027 Board of Directors Nomination Form to make an official nomination for the Group A Board of Directors for the 2026 Elections; self nominations are permissible.

All voting-eligible members of Alpha Omega Epsilon are encouraged to participate in the elections of new officers and to volunteer their expertise, ideas, and creativity to the organization! Our individuality brings us new growth, expansive ideas, and increased professionalism. To qualify as a voting-eligible member of Alpha Omega Epsilon you must be an Alum-Active member of the Sorority by the time the Alumni Ballot Request form closes. If you are unsure of your membership status please email elections@alphaomegaepsilon.org and we will provide your status to you.
